PA & engineer hire

The dry hire packages on the previous pages are great and if you have an experienced operator on the desk your gig will sound fabulous. However if you don't have a guy already and your budget can stretch to hiring an operator too, your band will sound even better! Stuff you only get with an engineer includes 32 channel iPad controlled digital mixing desk and in ear monitors (IEM's) and a ton of experience!

Me

Here I am in my favourite habitat; front of house, with a beer about to mix some brilliant bands at a local festival.

A brief about me: Playing drums since I was eight and going on to perform original music with school friends, college mates and writing and releasing material from 15. I've played in Riptide, AKP, Player 1, Glass and Percy. My last band was a wedding/party band called The Cover Lovers with whom I also ran the PA system which led on to doing the same for other bands and at local events. I also improved my stage management skills and have had daily experience since 2006 of dealing with the needs of musicians when I started my own rehearsal studio complex based in York called the White Rooms.

Past event gallery

These are probably not the best gig photographs you have ever seen! It is however a brief indication of some of the events I have worked. Most of these are weddings or parties and are intended to show off the equipment in its environment.
